Allergy Advice on Julie kitchen Caterers

We understand the dangers to those with severe allergies, Some items on our menu may contain nuts, seeds or other allergens.

 

There is a small chance that tiny traces of these may be in other items or foods served at Julie’s Kitchen Caterers.

 

There are Fourteen major allergens that could be present  

• cereals containing gluten

• crustaceans, for example prawns,

crabs, lobster and crayfish

• eggs

• fish

• peanuts

• soybeans

• milk

• nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts,

walnuts, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts,

pistachio, cashew and macadamia

(Queensland) nuts

• celery (and celeriac)

• mustard

• sesame

• sulphur dioxide, which is a

preservative found in some dried

fruit

• lupin

• molluscs,
